I have chosen to use the genre of Dance.
I have chosen Dance music because of its popularity in modern culture. This means that it will easy for me to portray the genre well and because of its constant stance within popular culture, I will be able to reflect contemporary issues and events into our work. Due to the nature of the genre and the way it has evolved with the times, we will be able to use modern artists as a benchmark to base my work off of and therefore create a high quality product.
